The Garden Pavilion at The Victoria Inn

Only a half mile from the Atlantic Ocean, the Garden Pavilion is a green oasis surrounded by rose bushes, colorful plants and flowers.  The Pavilion is a fully covered permanent structure set behind The Victoria Inn with a covered outdoor bar.   Our charming onsite Gazebo is included in the rental fee and is perfect for any ceremony.  The Pavilion is Handicapped Accessible with private indoor Men’s and Ladies restrooms.

Garden Pavilion including the Gazebo Rental Rates:

Saturday:  $3995         Friday/Sunday:  $3495     Midweek:  $2995

(an administration fee of $200 will be assessed on each event held in the Garden Pavilion)

The following are included in the rental fee:

  • Four hour Pavilion rental for up to 150 guests seated with dance floor.  No minimum guest requirements.
  • Complete bar set up and staff, glassware, white table linens and linen napkins (an assortment of colored napkins is also available at no extra charge), tables, chairs for reception, and complimentary ceremony chairs
  • Tented sides in case of inclement weather.
  • Use of Gazebo for ceremony and rehearsal
  • Use of adjacent parking lot
  • Professional parking provided by Atlantic Parking Service for weddings over 100 persons.
  • Storage and set-up assistance with centerpieces, flowers, cake, favors and table cards.
  • Private Handicapped Accessible Restrooms

Weddings in The Main House

For a more intimate wedding, consider the common area of the Inn. This beautiful space will accommodate up to 70 guests.

Main House Common Area Rental Fee:  4 Hours $1100

(an administration fee of $100 will be assessed on each event held in the Main House)

Rental fee includes:

  • Use of the outdoor Gazebo for ceremony with complimentary chairs.
  • Grand Foyer, Living Room, Bar, Sun Room, Dining Room (includes white table cloths)
  • Maximum 70 guests
  • Events run 4 hours.
  • Complete bar set up with a large selection of beer, wine and spirits,  all staff including bartender, and glassware.
