Reservation Information

 Seafood Festval 2010 - September 10-12th. Reserve your room for the festival by June 30th and receive 10% discount. Two night minimum required.

ROOM RESERVATIONS:

- All rates are double occupancy and include a hearty breakfast.

- Check-in time 3 p.m. - Checkout time 11 a.m.

- Children of all ages are welcome.

Please be aware that:

- Guests are NOT ALLOWED to have their pets stay at the Inn.
- Smoking is only permitted outside on our grounds in a designated area. We are a non-smoking Inn.

Deposit Policy

- A minimum of one night's stay or 50% of the total stay is requested on all advance reservations

- All deposits are due at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.

- Reservations guaranteed by credit card will be charged at the time, and are considered firm.

- Checks must be received within 7 days of booking. There is a 20% service charge on returned checks.

- VISA & MasterCard Accepted

Cancellation Policy

- Deposits will be refunded if cancelled 14 days prior to arrival (same) with a $50.00 service charge being deducted

- Late arrival - after 6pm please call to make late arrival arrangements.
