Rates

All rates are for double occupancy and include a hearty breakfast and complimentary soda.


Daily Room Rates
from $100 and up.

All rooms are air conditioned
All rooms with either King or Queen sized beds

* Extra Person $20 additional

8% NH tax will be added to all charges.

Check-in time 3 p.m. - Checkout time 11 a.m.

Deposit Policy

A minimum of one night's stay or 50% of the total stay is requested on all advance reservations

All deposits are due seven (7) days after booking to guarantee the reservation.

Reservations guaranteed by credit card will be charged at the time, and are considered firm.

There is a 20% service charge on returned checks.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits will be refunded if cancelled 14 days prior to arrival (same) with a $50.00 service charge being deducted

Late arrival after 6pm please call to make late arrival arrangements.

Children of all ages are welcome.

Pets may be boarded nearby with prior arrangement.

Smoking is only permitted outside on our grounds. We are a non-smoking inn.

DIRECTIONS:
From the North or South take Interstate 95 to Exit 2 (Hampton, Exeter). Take Route 101E to Exit 13 (500 yds). Take Route 27E to Hampton, Route 27 becomes High St. at Hampton Center. Proceed on High St. for 2 1/2 miles to the Inn. We are on the left side of High Street. Just past the Inn is a driveway to rear parking spaces. Follow the walkway to the front porch and front door. The doorbell will alert the Innkeepers of your arrival.
