Victoria Inn Bed & Breakfast - Weddings and Functions

We are a unique venue. We offer elegant lodging for you and your guests plus many options to plan your event. Plan a n adult or children's tea, birthday party or a wedding for 150! You may rent the entire property or  just the Pavilion, Gazebo, Main House or Blue Room . On and off site catering and complete bar service is available.  There are no hidden fees. Rental fees do not include catering costs. You may choose additional items and services to customize your event. Choose from our list of premium vendors or use your own. Our staff will work with you to create the perfect atmosphere for your event. Please view our wedding and photo gallery.

The Pavilion Rental Fee is based on a guest count of 125 and does not include catering costs. Maximum seating is 150. The fee is $1550 Sunday through Friday, $2000 Saturday. Midweek (Monday-Thursday) $1250 . Event packages under 50 may vary in price. We focus on you and  book only one event in the Pavilion per day. 

Pavilion Rental includes:

• Stock tables, chairs, untensils, water glass, plates and white linens (tablecloths and napkins)

• Use of the Pavilion (30x48), Gazebo and grounds (Chairs for the ceremony at the gazebo are not inlcluded)

• All room set up and clean up

• Events run 4 hours, total rental time 5 hours includes 1 hour set up time ($100 per hour for additional time.)

• Maximum 150 guests with space for dancing, band and bar.

• Ample onsite parking for guests

Bar Service: Set up fee is $350. Set up is complete with ice, fruit garnishes, soda, water, juices, mixers, bar equipment, beverage napkins and glassware. . This fee includes a professional bar staff of 2 for 4 hours, total rental time 5 hours includes 1 hour set up time . Each additional hour will be billed at $75 per hour.  The Victoria Inn is fully licensed and insured.

Bar Service Off site is $500. Set up is complete with ice, fruit garnishes, soda, water, juices, mixers, bar equipment, beverage napkins and plasticware. This fee includes a professional bar staff of 2  for 4 hours, total rental time 6 hours includes 2 hour set up time . Each additional hour will be billed at $75 per hour. The Victoria Inn is fully licensed and insured.

The Gazebo Only ~Rental Fee $350 and includes:

• Maximum 20 guests and parking

• Events run 2 hours, total rental 3 hours includes 1 hour set up

• 20 standard chairs

• Set up and clean up

Bar set up additional fee.

Main House Rental Fee starts at $350 - $600 

• Maximum 50 guests

• Events run  hours, total rental 5 hours includes 1 hour set up

• Grand Foyer, Living Room, Sun Room, Dining Room

• Catering available or bring your own.

Bar set up: Mini Bar $225 wine/beer/champagne or signature drink (Mimosa or Bellini), Full Bar  $350 complete with ice, fruit garnishes, soda, water, juices, mixers, bar equipment, beverage napkins and glassware. The fee includes a professional bartender for 4 hours including a one hour set up .

The Main House is easily transformed to accommodate showers, rehearsal dinners or anytime there is reason for celebration. The staff at The Victoria Inn Bed & Breakfast is experienced in using the space available to create  just the right atmosphere for your event. We will make it easy for you so that you may enjoy the event too!  

Meeting Room /Blue Room Rental Fee $175. This is great for children's tea and birthday parties!

• Table/Chairs  for 16 maximum, ample parking

• Events run 4 hours, total rental 5 hours includes 1 hour set up

Coffee/Tea Service 30 minutes prior to meeting. Glasses and Pitchers of water supplied and refilled upon request

Catered breakfast and/or lunch is available according to approved menu.
