Everything you need in one location!

We are a unique venue. We offer elegant lodging for you and your guests plus many options to plan your event. You may rent the entire property or  just the Pavilion, Gazebo, Main House or Blue Room . On and off site catering and complete bar service is available.  There are no hidden fees. Rental fees do not include catering costs. You may choose additional items and services to customize your event. Choose from our list of premium vendors or use your own. Our staff will work with you to create the perfect atmosphere for your event. Please view our wedding and photo gallery.

The Pavilion Rental Fee is based on a guest count of 125 and does not include catering costs. The fee is $1250 Sunday through Friday, $1850 Saturday. Event packages under 125 vary in price. We focus on your day and  book only one event per day

Pavilion Rental includes:

• Stock tables, chairs, untensils, glassware, plates and linens

• Use of the Pavilion, Blue Room, Gazebo and grounds

• All set up and clean up

• Events run 4 hours, total rental time 5 hours includes 1 hour set up time

Maximum 150 guests with space for dancing, band and bar.

• Ample parking for guests

Bar Service is available on or off site: set up fee is $300. Set up is complete with ice, fruit garnishes, soda, water, juices, mixers, bar equipment, beverage napkins and plastic drinkware. This fee includes a professional bar staff for four hours. Each additional hour will be billed at $75 per hour. We are fully licensed and insured. Glassware is availabe at an additonal charge. Fully licensed and insured.

The Gazebo Only ~Rental Fee is $475. and includes:

• Maximum 20 guests and parking

• Events run 2 hours, total rental 3 hours includes 1 hour set up

• 20 standard chairs

• Set up and clean up

Bar set up additional $75

Main House Rental Fee is $250.

• Maximum 48 guests, parking for 22 cars

• Events run 3 hours, total rental 4 hours includes 1 hour set up

• Grand Foyer, Living Room, Sun Room, Dining Room

• Set up and clean up

Bar set up an additional $75.

Meeting Room /Blue Room Rental Fee $125.

• Table/Chairs  for 18 maximum, ample parking

• Events run 3 hours, total rental 4 hours includes 1 hour set up

• Set up and clean up

Coffee/Tea Service 30 minutes prior to meeting start time additional $30.00

The Main House is easily transformed to accommodate showers, rehearsal dinners or anytime there is reason for celebration. The staff at The Victoria Inn Bed & Breakfast is experienced in using the space available to create  just the right atmosphere for your event. We will make it easy for you so that you may enjoy the event too!
