The Inn, located less  than 1/2 mile from the Atlantic Ocean , is set on 5.6 acres of land and offers lodging and a reception facility all in one place. A beautiful property to visit for a weekend or extended stay get-a-way for two or bring all your friends and family! Lodging in the Main House accommodates 16 guests. Choose from 6 prrivate rooms, 2 are suites. Most rooms have spacious private bathrooms.All accommodations are elegant with a comfortable, cozy feel!  A breakfast menu of fresh fruit, eggs, pancakes, french toast, thick bacon, juice, coffee and tea is offered each day.Over the years it has been  restored and furnished with items from the past. and the present. The grounds are meticulously maintained and the Inn is open year round. We welcome families and we do not require a minimum stay. This unique propety offers the Main House, Pavilion and Gazebo.

The Victoria Inn Bed & Breakfast  is approximately 5500 sq. ft.offering a large wrap around deck. The Main House first floor can accommodate parties of 60. Guests are welcomed in a grand foyer with 32X13 Living room with large fireplace, spacious, comfortable dining room, enclosed sunroom, meeting room, kitchen and bath on the first floor! Catering and Bar Service available. Fully licensed and insured. Perfect for intimate gatherings.

The Pavilion is enchanting. Perfect A welcoming atmosphere  for weddings and special occassion celebrations, it easily accomodates reception for 150  plus band and bar in a garden setting complete with Gazebo. See photo gallery for pictures and rental information under weddings and functions.

We offer on and off site catering or you may choose your own caterer. We are fully licensed and insured offering on and off site bar service for any occasion. The Inn is perfect for  a business meeting or seminar. Complete event planning for group events on and off site is available. Ask about our special rates for area activiites and transportation.

History: The Inn was built about 1875 as a carriage house for Leonia Inn of Hampton. The Inn was destroyed by fire, and the carriage house was moved to the front of the property by the owner, George Ashworth, and rebuilt as a guest house. It was a family residence from 1900 until 1988 at which time it was converted to a B&B. Through recent ownership complete renovation and luxurious redecoration of guest suites has been completed. Guests find The Victoria Inn elegant, comfortable, and cozy. It has six spacious guest rooms and suites with king or queen-sized beds. Most rooms have private baths, all rooms have air-conditioning, wi-fii, multi-speed Casablanca ceiling fans, cozy central heating, and color cable TV with remote.

There is a U-shaped driveway for easy entrance and exit, and ample parking for guests of the Inn and Pavilion.

Visible from the Inn's elegant dining room is the former summer residence of Franklin Pierce (1804-1869), President of the United States from 1853 to 1857. And nearby, along the ocean front, are many other stately homes.
